<p>So I found this great workout while researching some new workouts. As we all know by now is, mixed martial artists lift differently than body builders. It&#8217;s all about <a href="http://mmastuff.ws/mma/muscular-endurance-your-best-weapon">muscle endurance</a> not muscle size.</p>
<p><strong>The Team Quest Grappling Workout</strong></p>
<p>6 Sets &#8211; 60 Second Rest</p>
<p>Bent rows x8<br />
Upright rows x8<br />
Military press x8<br />
Good morning x8<br />
Split Squat x8<br />
Squat push press x8<br />
Straight Leg Deadlift x8</p>

<p>The first two sets are pretty easy but then you&#8217;ll really test your muscle endurance for the next 4 sets. My weight routine now is:</p>
<p>day 1 &#8211; grappling workout<br />
day 2 &#8211; chest, tri, abs<br />
day 3 &#8211; grappling workout, abs<br />
day 4 &#8211; biceps, back, leg</p>
<p>So we&#8217;ll see how this workout turns out with my training.</p>
