		<description>Good insight.  Feedback is so important in not only developing your own game, but in creating trust w/ your training partners.  I admit I still get tweaked when a newbie tells me how to do things, but it&#039;s really more tone of voice.  If they aren&#039;t so cocky when trying to give advice, I find it more helpful and easier to take.</description>
