		<description>These are some great tips, I totally agree with the usefulness of kettlebells for MMA fighters. I think the concept of strength and conditioning for MMA fighters is still in its infancy, and that mma training workouts will become more and more refined and just as important if not more as skill in a particular martial art as well.
