Sean Sherk’s training focuses on strength, explosion, and conditioning. The reason I love this regime is that it focuses on so many aspects of training. Not only does it work on these multiple aspects, each routine is made to help you in the cage. It only makes sense right?
I’ve been trolling a lot of forums recently and a lot of people are looking to build their own home MMA gym. I think if you watch this video and use it to model your home gym, it would be great. I don’t see this costing a ton of money.
